Didlr Privacy Policy

The definitions used in this Policy mean the same as those in the Terms.

We collect and process data about You including, but not limited to, information You provide:

  1. when You contact Us by telephone or e-mail or any web contact forms provided on the Website;
  2. at the time of registering to use Didlr or updating Your account or using any of Our Services;

Information We Collect

Didlr is designed to allow Your Content to be shared instantly with anyone across the World. Think carefully about what You publish and share and how You use Didlr because it will be searchable by search engines and can be seen by anyone.

When You register with Us, You will provide Your full name, a User Name, email address, Bio (voluntarily provided information about Yourself) and Password. Some of this information is publically available on Our Website and Services, including full name, User Name and Bio and accessible by both registered Didlr users and those who are not registered.

We use third party services to analyse data (such as Google Analytics) and these third party services may collect the information You publish.

Use of Your information

We intend to manage any information learned about You in an ethical manner and will not use any personal identifying information about You that You have not published on Didlr.

We can follow Your navigation through the Website and Services and identify the web pages that You visit. We may use that information to build statistics for Our own use and the use of third parties and You authorise Us to use Your information in any countries in which We operate.

We will comply with the requirements of all relevant data protection legislation in force from time to time including US – EU Safe Harbour Privacy Principles. In particular You may request a copy of any personal data held by Us by clicking on the relevant download link in Your account controls. We reserve the right to charge the current maximum statutory fee for providing such information. If You believe that any personal information We hold about You is incorrect or incomplete please Notify Us immediately. Any information found to be incorrect will be corrected promptly.

You have the right to ask Us not to process for marketing purposes any personal data We have about You which You have not already published on Didlr. You can Notify Us to exercise Your right to prevent this processing. You can also unsubscribe to marketing e-mail alerts on Didlr at any time within Your account settings or by using the instructions on a relevant notification.

We may use Your personal data to:

  1. identify You as a user of Didlr and help others find Your Didlr account to share Your Content including through third party services and client applications;
  2. create and manage Your Didlr account;
  3. provide You with information, products or services;
  4. allow You to cross-post between Didlr and other services;
  5. notify You about changes to Our Services;

Use of Cookies by Didlr

In relation to combined non-personal information that does not identify any individual (such as the number of Didlr users who searched for particular Content or advertisement) We may share, sell or trade this information with third parties.

If We change this policy significantly We will notify You via an email to the email address associated with Your account. By continuing to access or use Our Services after those changes become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
